Booking a room at V Hotel is as easy as 1-2-3. Plus, you get easy booking confirmation. Book through either of the three formats:
2. How long will you hold my reservation?
For as long as the reservation is guaranteed, we will hold the room for you. Whenever you book a room with us, we make sure to get your contact details. In the event that you do not arrive at your estimated time of arrival, we will give you a call for re-confirmation. Here at V, we are always excited about your arrivals.
3. I can’t make it! How do I cancel my reservation? Do I get charged?
Cancelling for a direct reservation is a breeze! Reservations made directly (via phone, SMS messaging, our website or email) can easily be canceled by notifying us through phone, SMS messaging or email at least 2 days before arrival. A no-refund policy will be applied for guaranteed reservations that are a no-show on the date of arrival.
Canceling a reservation booked via an online travel agency should be made at least 3-4 days prior to the date of arrival. RESERVATIONS CANCELLED 1 DAY BEFORE OR ON THE DATE OF ARRIVAL WILL INCUR A ONE NIGHT CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.
4. What time can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 NN. This gives every guest time to relax at V Hotel and explore the city.
5. Do you have smoking / non-smoking rooms?
Our rooms cater to the needs of our guests. We have both smoking and non-smoking rooms available. Should you have room specifications, kindly send us a request when you book to ensure we book the right room for you.
6. Can I have guests and kids with me?
We welcome your visitors at V. However, please observe visiting hours of until 10:00 PM only. Guests staying beyond visiting hours are charged extra room fees of Php 500.00 per extra person. Extra bed set-ups are available for Superior and Deluxe rooms.
Children 11 years and below are free of charge.
7. Is there parking?
Limited parking slots are available along the hotel as parking is difficult in the area. Alternatively, there are more parking spaces at nearby Remedios Circle (130m away from the hotel).
8. Is PWD support available?
For persons with disabilities, ramp and elevator access is available. PWD room and wheelchair assistance are available upon request.
